However, long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids deplete daily as our bodies use them for numerous vital functions and should be supplemented accordingly.The body does not produce the necessary long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids that are required in every cell for optimal health. Therefore, we need to get long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids from our diet.

Contra-Indications
Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
